"Still a seller I trust"
I’ve ordered from sunsky-online.com a few times now and haven’t had any real issues. The items showed up as described, tracking worked fine, and when I messaged them, they got back to me quickly. One order felt like it took a bit longer, but I think that was just bad timing with shipping more than anything on their end. Overall, they’ve been reliable for me and I’d order again

"Payment worked out, but it took a little checking"
I was ordering from sunsky-online.com and everything was going smoothly until I got to the payment step. They did have a few payment options available, so I wasn’t stuck or anything, and I was able to pick one that worked for me.

Once I started paying, though, it felt a little less straightforward than I expected. A couple of the steps made me pause, and after submitting the payment, I wasn’t immediately sure if it had actually gone through or if I needed to do something else.
In the end, the payment did process and my order was fine, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just think the checkout could be a bit clearer and smoother. Overall, it was okay, but not anything special.

"Not super comfortable with the account security"
I’ve ordered from sunsky-online.com a few times, and the prices were fine. The shopping part was straightforward, but the account security didn’t give me a lot of confidence.

I was getting login alert emails later than I’d expect, and I couldn’t find a simple way to check active sessions or log out other devices. The password reset process also felt a little too easy, which just doesn’t seem ideal these days.

To be clear, nothing bad has happened to my account so far. But common sense says if a site is holding my personal info, it should have stronger security options like 2FA and better session controls

"Good prices, but the slow shipping is on them"
I bought a few phone parts and cables from sunsky-online.com because their prices were better than most other places I checked. The quality was decent for what I paid, so I’ll give them that. But the shipping took longer than it should have, and that’s on them to sort out. If they’re going to sell this much stuff online, they need to handle delivery better. Still, for the price, it ended up being a good deal.

"Solid little order for the price"
I ordered a phone case and a few small accessories, they turned out better than I expected. Not everything was perfect, one of the accessories felt a little cheap—but it all worked fine and the case was solid for the price. Shipping did take longer than I hoped, but I still felt like I scored a decent little deal, so I’d probably buy from them again.

"Late delivery and confusing tracking"
At first I was hopeful it would arrive on time, but the tracking barely updated for days, which got frustrating. Then I’d check again thinking maybe it finally moved, and nope, still nothing.
